Location of the Week: New York

Some of the world’s most glorious architecture lies right by our doorstep. It’s no surprise that New York is nicknamed “The Concrete Jungle” seeing as the majority of the world’s concrete seems to be stacked up here in all types of homes. From the brownstone to the 100 story high-rise, this city has a home suitable for a diverse range of people. STARK played a part in crafting these quintessential New York homes – browse through some of our top pics, from the familial Brooklyn townhouse to the bachelor pad.

Nothing creates a grand entrance quite like Harlem Toile Girl’s New York brownstone design featuring our Sisal stair runner.

Working with a team of designers to create a masterpiece for a client’s home – whether it’s a unique carpet color or unusual size – is something we love being a part of. Read why creating custom pieces is one of our core competencies and how the process works on the World of STARK at Design by Geoffrey Bradfield. .

The open floor-plan in this TriBeCa apartment design by Benjamin Vandiver lets the light shine on all the right places… especially on our ‘Poise’ carpet.

We love when designers use bold hues and fun prints in traditional spaces. NYC-based design firm, Tamara Eaton Design did just that for this Brooklyn townhouse renovation for a family with three children. Pictured below, our ‘Yogi’ carpet in colorway ‘Desert Night’.

Beautiful views and our ‘Gazali’ carpet are not the only opulent things in this condo designed by Tony Ingrao, located inside the NewYork Baccarat Hotels.
