Lovely Hill-Stead

After Stark was fortunate to be a part of their "Green Room" renovation we couldn't stop thinking of the beautiful work or grounds the museum offers.
Hill-Stead was built in 1901 by the pioneering female architect, Theodate Pope Riddle. Riddle, one of the first American women architects, built the Colonial Revival-style house for her parents and their impressive art Collection. The Collection includes works by Claude Monet, Mary Cassatt, Edgar Degas, and Édouard Manet.
