Announcing INTERSOURCE by STARK

Minneapolis, MN — June 2022— National luxury carpet and rug company, STARK announced a new acquisition of Minneapolis-based INTERSOURCE, Inc.—a full-service residential and commercial flooring company. INTERSOURCE was established in 1996 and joins STARK in an acquisition made official on June 1, 2022. The company will now be INTERSOURCE by STARK, which will offer clients in the region an unrivaled product line and a higher level of service and support. 

STARK was established in 1938 and is renowned as the discerning designer’s go-to source for luxurious carpet and rugs. Both STARK and INTERSOURCE have focused on to the trade, commercial, and contact sales with interior designers and specifiers as their core client base, and this business approach will continue with INTERSOURCE by STARK. In combining the best components of both businesses, INTERSOURCE by STARK will have the same high-quality standards for product, service and selection clients have grown to expect from both brands.
